Job Title: Business Development Manager - Fabricated Products

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive the sales of fabricated products (e.g., structural steel, pipelines, pressure vessels) to Oil & Gas companies in Nigeria.
• You will leverage your technical expertise and industry relationships to grow revenue and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector for fabricated products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (e.g., operators, EPC firms, fabricators).
• Prepare and present technical proposals, bids, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or Business.
• 5+ years of sales experience in fabricated products for Oil & Gas (e.g., with fabricators, EPCs, or OEMs).
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes (welding, machining, assembly) and Oil & Gas standards.
• Proven track record in bidding, negotiation, and closing high-value contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Existing network with Nigerian Oil & Gas companies
• Familiarity with Nigerian Content Development requirements.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
