Job Title: General Manager - Secured mobility and Emergency Response
Location: Lagos
Role Objective
- Own, develop and direct the company’s Secured Mobility and Emergency business suite and ensure quality services while guaranteeing clients’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the company's Emergency Response business suite and the clear strategy for encroaching and gaining better share of Journey Management’s market.
- Deliver for the company, agreed globally aligned operating and commercial partnerships that assure the company’s evolution as a globally recognized mobility security company
- Provide industry trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth, not limited to local opportunities but with strong awareness of Global perspectives
- Take charge of the delivery of the entire mobility security businesses and the matching service delivery with effective and efficient processes that include; designing, planning, execution, monitoring and tracking
- Drive the development of solution - level segmentation of our business structure, evaluating organizational capabilities and develop new capabilities while expanding on existing ones
- Plan, execute, close up and exceed the satisfaction of customers delivering all projects with constant improvement of quality, reliability, profitability and reputation of the company.
- Develop capable managers and team leads in each project team and expertise circle, with the requirement to invest average of 4hrs/week to coach staff
- Ensure proper establishment, documentation, implementation, control and maintenance of Quality, Cost, Labor and Time Management Systems
- Look at competition, analyzing key offerings and drawing action plan
- Make quality the mainstay of all process and activities and agree to be measured by the assurance of quality in offering to clients
- Ensure subordinates understand the company objectives and goals an ensure a fair performance management and reward system measures up for your people’s expectations
- Develop and Review Projects reports and present to Exco, and/or when requested by the Board the Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually and Annually Reports.
