Responsibilities
- Overseeing seamless onboarding of new merchants across POS, online gateways, QR, USSD, and other payment channels.
- Ensuring accurate setup, documentation, and training for new merchants.
- Building strong relationships with key merchants, serving as the escalation point for complex issues.
Requirements
- Educational: HND / Bachelor's Degree with minimum of lower class
- Experience: 8+ years experience
