We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer (Mechanical Technician)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, generators, and fire-fighting systems.
• Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in line with facility management standards.
• Ensure mechanical systems comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support during facility upgrades, renovations, and new equipment installations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports for all mechanical operations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other technical staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Respond promptly to mechanical emergencies and service requests.
• Support energy conservation initiatives by ensuring efficient use of mechanical equipment.
• Assist in budget planning by recommending spare parts, tools, and equipment procurement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an FLSC / OND / HND / BSc Degree with 5 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N320,000 Monthly.
