Job Title: Relationship Management Officer
Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensure Harmonious relationship with key clients contact
- Carryout periodic client satisfaction surveys
- Pay periodic visit to clients/health care facilities when the need arises
- Liaise with the NHIS and other stakeholders in the industry
- Anchor sensitization and interactive section along with other relevant departments for the Ministries, Departments and Agencies and our private clients in the organized private sector and others.
Requirements
- BSC/HND in Mass Communications, English Language or any related field from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years pest NYSC experience
- Must have good communication skills and should be able to multi task.
