Qualification
- B.Sc in any Social Science course
- 7 Years experience in Customer Service Management
- At least 3 years leading a Call Centre Operations
Competency Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of customer service policies and practices
- Proficiency in CRM system MS Office applications
- Thinking analytical problem solving skills
- Active listening skills and high stress tolerance level
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Organising, planning, and negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skill
Remuneration
Salary range is 7,000, 000 - 9, 000, 000/annum
