- University Degree/HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- Certificate in Microfinance Banking by CIBN(Compulsory)
- Relevant Professional qualification of either ICAN, ANAN or CBN
- Minimum of 10 years experience as Management Staff in the Banking Industry, 4 of which must have been at decision making level.
