The Role

• We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth. This role demands a proven leader who can attract capital from High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), design innovative financial products, manage our credit portfolio, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• A true business leader, someone who can confidently engage HNIs, develop products, manage credit, and lead teams to deliver measurable growth and lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch innovative financial products using mobilized funds.
• Manage and grow the company’s credit portfolio while minimizing defaults.
• Mobilize significant capital from HNIs in Nigeria and the diaspora.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with HNIs, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive overall business strategy, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Lead teams and ensure alignment of initiatives with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
• 7–15 years in senior business development, fundraising, or executive roles.
• Strong track record of raising capital from HNIs/investors.
• Experience in product development and credit portfolio management.
• Extensive network in Nigeria’s HNI and financial sector.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
