We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: MD Secretary

Location: Sabo-Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Clerical Support: Prepare, type, format, and proofread letters, reports, minutes, memos, and other documents.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate files (paper and digital), correspondence, and reference materials.
• Reception Duties: Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors professionally.
• Scheduling: Arrange and confirm meetings, appointments, and travel plans for managers or executives.
• Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing correspondence and parcels.
• Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and circulate notes or action items.
• Supplies Management: Monitor and order office stationery, equipment, or other supplies.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain data privacy.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact between staff, clients, and management.
• General Office Organization: Keep the office tidy and ensure equipment is in working order.

Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc in Secretarial Studies/Management
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office packages.
• Computer literate.
• 5 years of work experience in an A-rated organization will be a plus.
• Not more than 35 years of age.

Salary
N85,000 - N100,000 per month.
