Job Description
- We are hiring a Product Trainer with strong expertise in solar panel systems and energy storage products (e.g., lithium-ion batteries, inverters).
- You will design and deliver product training to internal teams, partners, and installers—ensuring correct product use, field readiness, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Create and lead product training on PV systems, inverters, and battery storage.
- Develop technical content: manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning materials.
- Deliver hands-on and virtual training to sales reps, field teams, and installers.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams for up-to-date content.
- Support product demos, onboarding, and live field enablement sessions.
- Evaluate training impact through assessments and feedback.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 3 – 5+ years’ experience in technical/product training (solar & battery systems).
- Strong understanding of PV technology, battery systems, and inverters.
- Skilled in simplifying complex tech for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel for on-site and field training.
