Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for catheterization, positioning them properly on examination tables, shaving, cleaning, and sometimes administering anesthetics; perform echocardiography testing
- Assist physician in determining where blockages may exist in the vessels that pump directly into and out of the heart
- Assist with balloon angioplasty procedures to open up blocked blood vessels or heart valves,Nigeria
Requirements
- Membership of Nigerian Cardiac Society or any related institutions will be an advantage Good Communication Skills
- Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology or any related fields with 1 year work experience
