We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenues targets by implementing appropriate action plan & follow up needs.
  • Manage client accounts in designated sales territory. Act as the clients’ point of contact for all sales and product related issues.
  •  Prepare monthly sales report on overall performance, competitor activities, internal and external challenges, and recommend alternatives solutions and ideas for new business and products.
  • Handle responses to customer requests, contract documents and specifications, quotations for products and technical information, samples, trials, product approvals, eventual quality issues.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service, Logistics, Technical and planning departments to ensure that customers’ requirements are met and that products are delivered on time and on specification.
  •  Liaise closely with the Credit Control/Finance department to ensure that customers’ payments are received on time. Follow up with customers to resolve any delays, pending issues, and problems. Conduct regular updates on customers’ credit worthiness.,Nigeria
Requirements
  • Strong marketing and sales skills
  • Previous experience in the plastics, packaging or related industries is an advantage
  • Interacts on daily basis with both external (buyers) and internal customer
  • 5 years work experience
