Job Title: Logistics Trainee

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Hours: Monday–Friday (8AM–5PM), Saturday (Remote)
Type: Trainee (with pathway to full-time leadership)

Why This Traineeship Matters

• We're hiring a Trainee who is ready to grow into a logistics lead. Someone who can learn fast, move with urgency, and treat the company's goods like their own.
• You'll be working with 70+ dispatch/delivery agents across Nigeria — tracking stock, verifying payments, preventing fraud, and making sure customers get their orders within 10 hours, whenever possible and within 24 hours unfailingly.

What You’ll Do

• Track stock movement from warehouse to delivery agents nationwide
• Coordinate same-day deliveries, follow-up timelines, and escalate delays
• Crosscheck all payment proofs and reconcile logistics transactions
• Prevent fraud by verifying waybills, receipts, and delivery claims
• Ensure delivery agents follow SOPs (e.g. no goods without payment)
• Assist with onboarding and verifying new delivery agents (KYC)
• Maintain accurate reports using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and our ERP
• Identify weak links in the delivery chain — and suggest better systems.

What You'll Need

• OND, HND or BSc (any discipline – we care more about mindset)
• Strong attention to detail and sharp instincts
• Not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, or escalate problems
• Able to think for yourself — and speak up when something doesn't feel right
• Comfortable working under pressure, handling multiple moving parts
• Bonus: Any experience with logistics, operations, customer service, or delivery coordination.
