Job Summary

• This is a contract-based opportunity, not a traditional job. You will be responsible for keeping assigned products safe, delivering them to customers promptly, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

• As an Independent Delivery Agent, you will:
  • Keep products securely at your residence or storage point.
  • Deliver assigned orders promptly within Abuja.
  • Communicate clearly and give timely delivery updates.
  • Follow strict accountability rules to prevent loss or delay.
  • Operate independently but under clear performance expectations.
  • You will sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlining timelines, communication standards, and responsibility for goods in your care.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management
  • Keep all items safe, clean, and ready for delivery.
  • Provide a weekly photo update of items in your custody.
  • Declare new stock received and confirm quantity and condition.
  • Handle all products with care and replace any lost or damaged ones.
• Delivery Operations
  • Deliver every order within 24 hours of assignment.
  • Contact customers immediately upon receiving a new order.
  • Be polite, professional, and punctual with all customers.
  • Submit delivery reports after every order.
• Payment Confirmation
  • Customers must pay directly into the company’s account.
  • You only release goods after official confirmation that payment has been received.
• Accountability
  • Keep accurate, daily delivery and stock records.
  • Be fully responsible for every item issued to you.

Requirements

• Qualifications
  • SSCE, OND, NCE, HND qualification, or Degree.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or a related role is an advantage.
• Two guarantors:
  • One must be a bank staff (with official work email).
  • The other a civil servant or company employee.
• Valid ID card and proof of residence in Abuja.
• Smartphone with internet access (for communication and updates).
• Strong discipline and integrity — you must be accountable for goods in your care.

Remuneration
What You’ll Earn:

• Earn up to N25,000 per day or N150,000 – N250,000 per month (based on performance).
• N2,500 per completed delivery.
• Weekly payment every Monday.
• Bonuses and incentives for consistent performance and honesty.
