We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Business Marketing Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Possess clear understanding and point of view on the entire shopping experience and develop action plan to improve customer experience
- Expand the brand frontiers across Nigeria.
- Investigate, recommend and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, brand awareness and improve overall customer experience by analyzing the results of ongoing efforts.
- Plan, organize and produce all e-mail campaigns, homepages and relevant creative content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on the website
- Identify and document website enhancements with an understanding for the complexities and opportunities related to direct mail marketing expense.
- Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including campaign analyses, reporting of metrics, advertising compliance, analysis to evaluate existing campaign performance and perform comprehensive reviews
- Work with Creative Services to improve on all lead generation marketing materials such as email ads, banner ads, landing pages, etc.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Graduate with University Degree or its equivalent in Marketing.
- 3-5 years working experience in any related field.
Skills:
- Online marketing experience with focus on search, email, banner, and affiliate marketing
- Highly creative thinker with a proven record of conceiving, developing and managing on-line marketing program
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, strong work ethic & sound business judgment
- Excellent negotiation & vendor management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Salary
N150,000 to N 170,000 Monthly.
