We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Finance Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily accounting activities required to accurately maintain the company’s general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and other financial records and schedules
- Managing and maintaining the financial accounting system, and all accounting processes including daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash collection, payroll, bank, inventory reconciliation and tax filings
- Analyzing and reconciling accounts as required
- Willingness to make decisions as necessary and appropriate in accordance with company policies.
- Self-starter who will take initiative to effect positive change
- Reconciliations, and reports work with external auditors.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Accredited professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAN) will be of advantage.
- 3-5 years’ Experience in related field
Skills:
- Familiarity with retail accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer focused approach
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and a drive to achieve both short and long term results
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to handle questions and problems in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external affiliates and clients
Remuneration
N150,000 to N 170,000 Monthly.
