We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Merchant Acquisition Supervisor

Location:
Lagos

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Merchant Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for business development focusing on but not limited to acquiring strategic/high profile merchants.
  • He/she will focus on building and maintaining successful long-term relationships with these strategic merchants
  • Responsible for establishing and managing merchants.
  • Work with strategic partners to cross/up-sell products to achieve business targets.
  • Work with team members to develop the business.
  • Assist the manager to implement strategies and plans to achieve its target.
  • To analyze, identify, and recommend potential prospect with whom to cultivate business relationship with.
  • Monitor Merchant transaction and retention strategies to minimize attrition.
  • Verify all documentation received from Merchant (including Merchant Agreement) is as per Banks requirement and agreement is signed and stamped.
  • Manage the whole sales cycle and sales closure to grow new business and acquire new strategic merchants.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a reputable university
  • 2 years' experience in the related field with a major E-commerce company.
Skills:
  • Work with strategic partners to cross/up-sell products to achieve business targets.
  • Understand and roll-out strategic sales strategies and execution plans.
  • Manage the whole sales cycle and sales closure to grow new business and acquire new strategic merchants.
  • Influencing and Negotiation Skills
Remuneration
N150,000 to N 170,000 Monthly.
