We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Logistics Executive
Location: Lagos
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the logistics tasks of the online aspect of the retail business to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and business growth
- Direct optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock level, delivery time
- Design, improve and implement all logistic processes in order to ensure an optimal Customer Experience
- Consolidating customers orders and liaise with sourcing team
- Handling customers product enquiry and after-sale service
- Updating order status and inventory list
- Receiving and checking inbound inventory against delivery list
- Conducting product quality check (QC) and confirmation before dispatch
- Coordinate and liaise with third party logistic (3PL)
- Maintaining proper inventory storage including periodic stock counts
- Performing warehouse duties including order picking and packing, filing and completing order and shipping documents.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduate with 1 to 2 years solid logistics experience in e-commerce, courier and/or logistic companies.
- Prior experience with Logistics company
Remuneration
- N 50,000 to N 75,000 Monthly.
