Job Title: IT & Networking Executive
Location: Lagos
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure proper operation of the network server and the Lan system.
- Manage and maintain all Laptops, printers, internet accessibility, conferencing equipment and more
- Install, configure, administer and support application software such as mail software, anti-virus software and exchange software.
- Draw up comprehensive user help documentation, develop innovative help desk procedures.
- Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves hardware-, software- and network-related problems.
- Performs primary network system administration on network servers as needed
- Works with vendors to resolve hardware operating system issues; researches and tests possible solutions and implements solutions.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT from reputable institution
- This Position requires a candidate with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Candidate must possess Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco CCENT and relevant IT Certification(s).
- Knowledge of networking, server & telecommunication.
