Job Title: IT Representative

Locations: Lagos and Rivers

Job Summary

• As the IT Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless delivery of IT solutions and services.
• You will serve as the link between clients and the technical team, handling troubleshooting, implementing IT solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients, resolving technical issues promptly
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networks, servers, and CCTV surveillance systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver IT solutions tailored to client requirements
• Document technical activities, prepare reports, and escalate complex issues where necessary

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support, networking, or related role
• Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and strong troubleshooting skills
• CCNA, Network+, or equivalent certification is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience with CCTV surveillance systems and related infrastructure
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
