We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and HR to identify hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruitment platforms and techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets (including 4,250 salespeople).
• Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through job fairs, social media, and other recruitment events.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Achieve at least one direct sale per quarter as part of performance objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary
N138,000 / month.
