- Must have ND Certificates (at least lower credit) from any recognised training institution in Nigeria in any of the following disciplines:
- Survey and Geo Informatics
- Quantity Surveyor
- Estate Management Technology
- Town Planner
- Building Technology
- Civil Engineer
- Draughtsman
- Trade Test Certificate in any of the following trades:
- Domestic Electrician
- Plumbing
- Aluminum Fabricator
- POP Installation
- Masonry
- (Refrigeration and Air Condition
- Carpenter
- Painting
- Welding
- Must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
