- Must have any of the following qualifications from any recognised training institution in Nigeria:
- ND Journalism
- Trade Test Certificate in Videography
- Trade Test Certificate in Photography
- Trade Test Certificate in Printing
- Must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 27 years at the time of application.
