Job Title: IT Support Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Descriptions
- Adequate 1st Line IT support is available during business hours for Head Office and all branches
- A bit of graphic and programming experience
- Smooth running of all user IT software
- Smooth running of all user IT hardware(desktop, printers, scanners) in office.
- Ubiquitous e-mail access to all staff in assigned branch
- All PCs and Servers have up to date anti-virus signatures and windows patches
- Quick and precise installation of PC software in accordance with the manual
- Guaranteed restricted access to business documents on the system at Head Office and branches
- All PCs and network free from threats (Virus, Trojans, Malware, Worms).
Job Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or Information Systems are sought.
- Candidate should possess Bachelor's degree with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ideal candidates for this position must have a demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, the ability to conduct dialogue on relevant development policies and priorities, and be fluent in English with very good writing and communication skills.
Job Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or Information Systems are sought.
- Candidate should possess Bachelor's degree with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
