A Nigerian Oil and Gas Services Company is looking to fill some vacancies on some upcoming construction and installation projects. We are looking for technically proficient, highly motivated and adaptable individuals, who can work within a team structure and deliver results set by the Management and project team.

Job Title: Office Administration Manager (USG003)

Location: Warri, Port Harcourt and Lagos

Duties
  • Oversee the operations and internal controls of the company.
  • Provide administrative support for department Heads and staff.
  • Monitor and conduct monthly reconciliation of staff expenditure. Set spending limits and ensure adherence.
  • ldentify training needsn for support teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • University Degree with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in a similar role in the oil and Gas industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry’s administration practices and standards.
