Job Title: Human Resource Officer (Lead)

Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Human Resource Officer (Lead) will support and oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • The role requires a proactive individual with foundational HR experience and leadership potential to ensure smooth HR processes and promote a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Handle staff queries and promote effective communication within teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate training and development activities as directed by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools is an advantage.

Salary
N105,000 per month (Based on Experience).
