Requirements
Possession of:

• B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying with grade not less than Second Class (Lower Division) obtained from an Institution recognized by Nigerian Institute of Quality Surveyors with three (3) years Cognate Experience.
• Possession of qualifications registrable with Nigerian Institution of Quantity Surveyors with three (3) years Cognate Experience.
• Master's Degree of Quantity Surveying with minimum of one year experience.
