Position: Technical Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Responsibility
- You will be required to coordinate all operations activity including integration of systems and roll out,
- enhance helpdesk,
- ensure customer service quality,
- leverage existing field support to provide direct and remote support,
- monitor and enforce problem resolution
Qualification
- PMP/Prince 2 certification
- BSc Computer Science (MBA/MSC is added advantage)
- IT certifications (MCSC, CCNA, CCMP etc.)
Remuneration
Remuneration is huge, excellent perks. You will report directly to the CEO and manage three departments.
