Qualifications
- The candidate must possse a good Degree in any of the Social Science or Arts with at least Fifteen (15) years cognate experience or a Master's Degree from a recognised institution with at least Twelve (12) years cognate experience or a Doctorate degree with at least nine(9) years cognate experience.
