Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our furniture products, assisting customers in finding the right items for their homes or offices, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to customers in the showroom professionally.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent performance.
  • Follow up with customers on pending sales, orders, and deliveries.
  • Maintain proper display and cleanliness of showroom furniture.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Work closely with the delivery and admin teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/NCE qualification (HND/B.Sc. is an advantage).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in furniture, home décor, or related retail).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Smart appearance and good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and persuasive.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, WhatsApp Business).
  • Must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
