Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative operations.
- The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, employee relations, documentation, office management, and basic bookkeeping.
- This role is perfect for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Assist with monitoring staff attendance, leave management, and compliance with company policies.
- Help in organizing training sessions, meetings, and performance review activities.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, photocopying, and managing office correspondence.
- Assist in organizing office logistics, supplies, and inventory.
- Support front-desk operations when required.
- Maintain neat and organized office operations.
Basic Bookkeeping & Records Management:
- Assist with basic financial record-keeping such as expense tracking, petty cash management, and invoice filing.
- Support the preparation of administrative and financial reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- NYSC member or recent graduate seeking HR/Admin experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
