Job Title: Marketing / Sales Manager

Location: Grailland, Iju Hills - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Mission / Purpose of the Job

  • The Marketing and Sales managers will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive bookings, promote the company’s services, and increase brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Execute promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage social media platforms, advertising initiatives, and partnership campaigns.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Track and report on the performance of campaigns, bookings, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, agencies, corporate partners, and event organizers.
  • Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities for increased customer engagement.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Support the sales pipeline with lead generation, client presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.

Job Specifications
Minimum & Preferred Requirements:

  • Education / Business Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, Business or related field.
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content development, and campaign analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and brand growth.
