Mission / Purpose of the Job
- The Marketing and Sales managers will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive bookings, promote the company’s services, and increase brand visibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Execute promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven decision making.
- Manage social media platforms, advertising initiatives, and partnership campaigns.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Track and report on the performance of campaigns, bookings, and client acquisition metrics.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, agencies, corporate partners, and event organizers.
- Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities for increased customer engagement.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Support the sales pipeline with lead generation, client presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
Job Specifications
Minimum & Preferred Requirements:
- Education / Business Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, Business or related field.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content development, and campaign analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and brand growth.
