Job Title: Barbecue (BBQ) Professional

Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill high-quality barbecue dishes using various techniques (smoking, slow-cooking, open-flame grilling).
• Create and execute custom BBQ menus tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Manage grill setup, fuel, temperature control, and proper smoking methods to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grilling area while following all food safety standards.
• Handle ingredient prep, marinade development, and meat selection to ensure peak flavor and quality.
• Coordinate timing of dishes for smooth service during private events or daily meals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
