Federal University of Environment and Technology, Koroma/Sakpenwa was established as a Federal university in Koroma/Sakpenwa, Tai Local Government Area, in the Ogoni region of Rivers State. Its creation is rooted in long-standing calls for an institution dedicated to environmental restoration and sustainable development in the Niger Delta / Ogoniland — a region deeply affected by environmental degradation. Requirements

• Candidates should normally hold a Ph.D. in the appropriate discipline, with at least three (3) years of post‑doctoral/lecturing experience and a demonstrable record of scholarly publications (minimum six (6) peer‑reviewed journal articles).
• Where relevant, a Ph.D. combined with appropriate professional certification/registration can be considered.
• Applicants are expected to have a developing record of teaching effectiveness and supervision
