Federal University of Environment and Technology, Koroma/Sakpenwa was established as a Federal university in Koroma/Sakpenwa, Tai Local Government Area, in the Ogoni region of Rivers State. Its creation is rooted in long-standing calls for an institution dedicated to environmental restoration and sustainable development in the Niger Delta / Ogoniland — a region deeply affected by environmental degradation. Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower Division in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• This role requires a minimum of Three (3) years of post-qualification experience in media relations, content creation, social media management, or corporate communications.
• Essential skills include strong writing, editing, verbal communication, and computer literacy (including desktop publishing and multimedia software).
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field or professional certifications (e.g., NIMPR) would be an added advantage.
