Job Description

• We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Hire, train, and motivate staff; manage schedules and performance.
• Sales & Operations: Meet sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure store presentation meets brand standards.
• Customer Service: Resolve complaints, ensure high satisfaction, and drive a positive shopping experience.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, control budgets, and optimize profitability.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of retail experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and retail analytics tools.
