Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Locations: Lekki and Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• The HR Officer will support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, documentation, and compliance.
• The role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with staff recruitment, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Support payroll preparation by gathering attendance, leave, and deduction details.
• Handle employee queries professionally and support positive staff relations.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and policy compliance.
• Support performance reviews and probation evaluations.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance across branches.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and documentation ability.
• Knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
