We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Floor Sales Supervisor (Female)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will drive exceptional customer experiences, supervise the sales team, maintain high merchandising standards, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while upholding the company’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the floor sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver and maintain top-tier in-store customer experiences that reflect the brand’s standards.
  • Manage and resolve escalated complaints from irate or dissatisfied customers professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure all walk-in customers are effectively engaged, properly advised, and converted to sales.
  • Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Monitor stock levels, product displays, and showroom presentation to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and service delivery.
  • Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of a 2nd Class HND / B.Sc / BA Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years relevant experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity (experience in electronics retail is an added advantage).
  • Female (for gender balance).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Demonstrated selling skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in people and service excellence.
