Job Title: Restaurant Manager 

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom (We have openings for 2 locations in Uyo)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

• The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building strong relationships, generating sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase sales.
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and expenses.
• Resolve customer complaints and address operational issues.
• Train and develop staff to provide excellent service.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development and restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
