Job Summary
- We are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead the HR department, drive talent development, and ensure strong workforce planning and compliance.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and structure
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Oversee payroll, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
- Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development
- Drive employee engagement and training programs
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, including leadership role
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
