Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary documentation
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Assist in payroll processing and leave administration
• Coordinate training and development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
