Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at OkeyIP Law Firm, located in Nigeria.
• The Associate Lawyer will manage legal research, draft and review legal documents, provide legal advice to clients, and represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
• The role involves interpreting laws and regulations, liaising with clients, and supporting senior attorneys with case preparation and other legal tasks.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree, with completion of the Nigerian Law School program
• An LL.M will be a plus
• Proficiency in Legal Research and strong drafting skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian legal systems, laws, and regulations
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction
• Experience with contract negotiation and dispute resolution
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association

Salary
N300,000 per month.
