Technical Experts – NEST Advisory Facility (Remote) at Tetra Tech

Tetra Tech is a leading provider of consulting, engineering, program management, construction management, and technical services. The Company supports government and commercial clients by providing innovative solutions focused on water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, energy, and international development. One of the group of companies under Tetra Tech is delivering the DFID-funded United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF) infrastructure improvement works. The programme's duration is contracted for an initial 48 months with a possible 24-month extension.

Job Title: Technical Expert – NEST Advisory Facility

Location: Remote

The Role
Tetra Tech are looking for experts across the following areas:

• Macroeconomic Stability and Governance: Monetary policy, debt sustainability, and financial integrity, including FATF compliance, to help shape coherent macroeconomic frameworks and strengthen governance structures.
• Regulatory and Business Environment Reforms: Specialists in trade policy, investment facilitation, and regulatory streamlining, as well as advisors on digital finance and virtual asset regulation to improve Nigeria’s business climate.
• Institutional Strengthening and Delivery Capacity: Professionals with experience in organisational development, delivery unit design, and capacity building within ministries and agencies to enhance policy implementation and operational efficiency.
• Private Sector Engagement and Inclusive Dialogue: Exerts in public-private dialogue facilitation, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement to ensure reforms are inclusive and widely supported.
