Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and security of our facilities.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience in facility management, and the ability to coordinate both people and processes to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building, equipment, and systems to identify issues.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, technicians, and service providers.
  • Manage facility budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Handle facility-related emergencies and respond promptly to service requests.
  • Monitor utility usage and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, assets, and service documentation.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
