Job Title: Project Assistant

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Join us as a Project Assistant and play a vital role in ensuring smooth execution of diverse programs and initiatives.
• This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to support impact-driven project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities and timelines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, minutes, reports, and activity trackers.
• Liaise with team members, partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-through.
• Support logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and field activities.
• Contribute to data compilation and preparation of project progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degree in Communication studies, Administration, or related courses
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project support or administrative roles is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Working conditions:

• We aim to have the successful candidate start immediately.
