Job Title: Sales Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Position Type: Full Time
Duties / Responsibilities
He / She will be accountable and responsible for:
Sales Support & Order Management:
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner across B2B and retail channels.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with Procurement/Warehouse to prevent stock-outs.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and records.
- Generate regular sales reports, including sales performance, order status, and customer analytics.
- Support the Sales Manager with data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
Customer Relationship & Coordination:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external sales-related inquiries.
- Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure promotional activities are implemented effectively.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Identify and propose improvements to sales processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in compliance with contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional guidelines.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration within FMCG, B2B, and retail sales environments
- 3+ years of work experience with Sales Analysis
- 3+ years of work experience with Multi-channel Retail
- 3+ years of Food and Beverage Manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and order management
- Familiarity with ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
