Job Title: Research and Knowledge Management Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly analytical, research-driven Research and Knowledge Management Officer to support evidence-based decision-making across our programs.
• This is a strategic role for someone who is passionate about data, research, and knowledge-sharing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage research activities, data collection, and analytical processes.
• Synthesize findings into high-quality reports, briefs, and knowledge products.
• Maintain and strengthen internal knowledge databases and digital repositories.
• Support policy analysis and contribute to program design with data-driven insights.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure accessibility of information across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Law, Development Studies, Communication Arts, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.
• Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative data tools and analysis.
• 5-7 years’ experience in research, evaluation, or policy analysis.
• Exceptional analytical writing, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of copywriting, proofreading and related IT tools optimization.
