Job Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Event Planner to design and execute exceptional events from conception to completion. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and excels at creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events—concept development, scheduling, logistics, and execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee event budgets.
  • Prepare event materials, branding elements, and communication workflows.
  • Oversee on-site coordination to ensure operational excellence and smooth attendee experiences.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.

Working conditions:

  • Competitive Salary: N250,000 - N500,000 per month.
