Summary
- We are recruiting a Supervisor / Service Manager to oversee daily workshop operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily workshop activities and staff performance
- Coordinate inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Monitor repair jobs for quality and timely completion
- Update clients on vehicle status and delivery timelines
- Track parts, tools, and materials with the procurement team
- Enforce safety standards and company policies
- Keep accurate job cards, service reports, and expenses
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain a clean, efficient workshop environment.
What You Need
- HND / BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Tech, or related fields
- 2 - 5 years of experience in workshop supervision
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and uphold quality service.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
