We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Titles: Junior & Senior Biomedical Engineer 

Location: Lagos
Place of Training: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Position Overview

  • We are seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team
  • The Biomedical Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive management of medical equipment, ensuring reliability, compliance, and safety through meticulous planning, execution, and documentation of all engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Execute all scheduled PPM work orders using approved calibrated test equipment and standardized checklists. Ensure all work meets internal quality guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Inspections: Conduct schaduled squipment inspections according to dsfined protocols and checklists.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Attend to all breakdown and emergency service calls within the stipulated contract response times. Proactively manage and reduce the ageing list of pending service requests.
  • Vendor & Documentation Management: Coordinate with external vendors, witness their services, and ensure proper sign-off on reports. Maintain meticulous records of all service activities and communicate updates to management.
  • Acceptance & Safety Tests: Perform acceptance testing for new or serviced equipment, ensuring compliance with clinic requirements, company standards, and all relevant statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in biomedical engineering, including PPM, breakdown maintenance, and equipment inspection.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and service documentation systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and safety standards in the healthcare technology field.
